1. Our Accessibility Commitment
Kevron Consulting UK Limited is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive disabilities. We continually improve the user experience and apply relevant accessibility standards across our digital platform.
2. Standards & Target Benchmark
The platform targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
3. Current Conformance Assessment Status
Based on internal technical evaluations, automated linting, keyboard navigability testing, and screen reader verifications conducted in August 2026, this website partially conforms with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
4. Implemented Accessibility Features
- Keyboard Navigation: All navigation menus, dropdowns, quote wizards, and modal dialogues are fully operable via Tab, Enter, Space, and Escape keys without keyboard traps.
- Focus Indicators: Clear, high-contrast focus rings are visible on all interactive elements.
- Semantic HTML & Landmarks: Proper ARIA roles, live regions for dynamic flash messages, and logical heading hierarchies (H1 to H3).
- Contrast & Themes: Default text contrast exceeds 4.5:1 ratio; native Dark Mode and High Contrast modes supported.
- Responsive Reflow: Content reflows cleanly up to 400% zoom without horizontal scrolling or clipping.
- Reduced Motion: Respects the `prefers-reduced-motion` system media query by disabling non-essential transitions.
5. Known Limitations & Planned Remediation
While we strive for comprehensive accessibility, certain legacy technical resources and third-party embeds may present limitations:
Some legacy downloadable PDF brochures created prior to 2024 may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We are actively converting high-priority documents into accessible HTML formats.
Certain external awarding body assessment interfaces may operate outside our direct development control. We provide direct human support for any candidate experiencing difficulties.
6. Accessibility Feedback & Assistance
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you experience accessibility barriers or need assistance, please contact us:
7. Alternative Formats Request
If you require technical brochures, quote schedules, or training course documentation in an alternative format (e.g. large print, accessible text file, or structured digital document), our team will provide suitable accommodations upon request.
