Who Should Attend?
Food safety managers, QA and compliance personnel, internal auditors, consultants and managers who need to audit or lead audits of food safety management systems.
Prerequisites
- Good knowledge of ISO 22000:2018 or equivalent FSMS requirements is recommended.
- Understanding of HACCP principles, prerequisite programmes and food safety terminology is helpful.
- Experience with internal, supplier or management system audits is beneficial but not always mandatory.
- Learners should be able to participate in English-language training and assessment.
